EmailBit connects to Microsoft 365, runs a graph you design, and shows every run. Classify messages, extract attachment data, run deterministic logic, and park for a human when it matters.
The shared inbox is a job. EmailBit makes it a workflow.
Stop manually retyping invoice totals and triaging message chaos. Replace brittle keyword rules with deterministic, verifiable graphs.
Before
Attachments are the work
The invoice is buried in the PDF or scan. Subject-line rules miss the job completely.
Emailbit
Extract + clean produces verified numbers directly from PDFs and sheets.
Before
Brittle rules vs AI chaos
Outlook rules break constantly. Generic AI agents can't be trusted to email vendors.
Emailbit
Deterministic graphs pair AI classification with strict human checkpoints.
Before
Slack approval noise
"Can you approve this draft?" messages get buried in team chats and lost forever.
Emailbit
Dedicated Decisions queue with editable drafts and explicit exit gates.
Before
Silent routing failures
A message moves to an archive folder and nobody knows which rule triggered it.
Emailbit
Assessment records exact step path, data signals, and prompt outcomes.
Before
Admins see everything
Connecting a shared mailbox exposes sensitive communications across the tenant.
Emailbit
Private-by-default connections. Org admins are never automatically granted access.
Simple Architecture
From OAuth connection to audited execution
Everything runs at mailbox grain. No external proxies, no IMAP scraping, and zero desktop agents.
01
Connect
Sign in with Microsoft 365 or Google. Select your inbox or a shared mailbox. Explicitly choose Read, Modify, or Send scopes.
Scopes map strictly to block tools
02
Author
Drag Understand, Logic, and Action blocks onto the visual canvas. Or prompt Designer Chat in natural language to bootstrap your graph.
Dry-run test on last 50 emails
03
Monitor
Toggle monitoring on. Arriving inbound mail immediately triggers the saved graph via webhook. Duplicates are idempotently discarded.
Event-driven instant reaction
04
Review & Assess
Assessment audits signals and routing. When human gates trigger, the Decisions queue holds the draft for listed reviewers to approve.
Audit trail & safe resumption
Engineered Capabilities
Engineered for shared inbox operations
Everything you need to turn unorganized email into structured, zero-touch execution.
Connect
Sign in with Microsoft 365 or Google. Select your inbox or a shared mailbox. Explicitly choose Read, Modify, or Send scopes.
Graph versioning • Instant rollback
Understands mail and files
Classify messages with AI and fallback catch-alls. For every single attachment, run nested workflows: classify, extract fields, clean values, and summarise.
Nested attachment pipelines
Reads PDFs, Office files & photos
Native text parsing for PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX files. Sparse documents, low-res invoices, and mobile scans automatically trigger AWS Bedrock vision fallback.
Automatic vision model fallback
Hard rules and AI branches
Deterministic if/else operations on extracted numbers and cross-attachment comparisons. Pair with prompt-driven branches when contextual nuance is needed.
Deterministic + Generative pairing
Send, draft, or park
Compose manually with upstream tokens or use AI assistance. Gate sends behind mandatory review or drop unparked drafts directly into Outlook's drafts folder.
Safe drafts & unalterable gates
Private connections & ACL
Connections are strictly private to the author until explicitly shared. Org admins do not automatically see private mailboxes, runs, or mailbox messages.
Zero tenant-wide overexposure
Human-in-the-Loop Safety Gate
Automation that parks when a person should speak.
When the workflow encounters a critical exception—like a missing PO number or high-value vendor dispute—it pauses. The run parks safely, completely isolated from double-execution.
Absolute Reviewer ACL
Only people and groups explicitly listed on the block can approve. Org admins are never implied.
Editable Outgoing Drafts
Reviewers can tweak AI-generated copy and fields directly in the queue before sending.
Reviewer Privacy Masking
Mask sensitive bodies or attachments for reviewers who only require key metadata.

Invoice & Remittance Processing
Classify incoming mail as Invoice vs Other. Run document OCR and vision fallback on attached PDFs. Extract invoice number, due date, and total balance. If a PO is missing, park in Decisions for Avery; otherwise file into Processed and send acknowledgment.
Pipeline: PDF OCR → Clean → PO Check

Inbound RFPs & Offers Triage
Sam connects the offers mailbox with Read and Draft mail permissions. The model identifies formal customer solicitations, generates an AI summary intro, and forwards prioritized proposals to account executives while archiving general inquiries.
Pipeline: Classifier → Summarize → Forward

Supplier Verification & Compliance
Extract vendor credentials and match against master enterprise lists. Unrecognized suppliers branch to Human Decision with named exits: Approve Vendor, Reject, or Request Resubmission.
Pipeline: Data Clean → List Match → Gate

Maintenance Dispatch & Tagging
Jordan connects a shared facilities inbox with private-by-default access restricted to the operations group. Automated logic categorizes HVAC, plumbing, and badging requests, tagging urgency directly in Microsoft 365.
Pipeline: Multi-Classify → Tag → Assign
Auto-Organised
Transparent Pricing
Pay for processed mail, not user seats.
Unlimited connected mailboxes on every single plan. Full visual workflow studio, Assessment audit history, and Decisions queues included.

/ month
Ideal for single shared inboxes beginning mailbox automation.
Usage counts inbound emails processed by your workflow (understand + action runs). When overage is toggled off, processing pauses gracefully at plan threshold.
Honest Product Architecture
Coming next on the roadmap: Xero & accounting adapters, HubSpot deal sync, and FMIS submit. We build the mailbox product first.
No. Only mailboxes that you explicitly connect and authorise. Connections are private by default and completely hidden from organisation admins until deliberately shared with members or groups.
Will EmailBit send email without asking?
Only if you configure a Send Mail block without review enabled. You can always mandate a Human Decision gate with editable drafts, or use the Draft Mail block to generate unsent drafts in your client.
Can we use shared and delegated mailboxes?
Yes. On Microsoft 365, if the signed-in user has permission to open the shared address via Graph, EmailBit connects smoothly using Microsoft's shared mailbox OAuth scopes.
Can we dry-run test without altering actual messages?
Yes. The built-in Test tool pulls a real recent message from your inbox and executes the canvas in simulation mode. You can inspect extracted fields and branch decisions without moving folders or sending messages.
